Bitstamp is een crypto exchange. Ik maakte altijd betalingin via bitcoins. Eerst kon je gewoon betalingen doen via je bitstamp account, maar nu moet je eerst een wallet maken. En ze willen dat je kunt bewijzen dat de wallet van jou is met ID en adress van die wallet. Heb dus een foto van mijn ID En het adress van mij wallet gemaakt. Dus op 1 foto. Maar die vinden ze niet goed genoeg en krijg dit bericht terug:

Unfortunately, your request has been denied since the wallet/exchange to which the address belongs is not visible on the provided photo.
Please submit a new whitelisting request here: https://www.bitstamp.net/account/withdraw/whitelist/ and make sure that the wallet/exchange to which the address belongs, as well as the address itself, is clearly visible.

Ben nog vrij nieuw met bitcoins wallets. Kan iemand mij helpen hiermee. Ik gebruik als wallet Electrum.
